Not included
Preparing or filing your corporate tax return. Your accountant handles that; we coordinate the SR&ED schedules with them.
Contingency fees for SR&ED claims in Canada commonly run 10–30% of the credit. Ours is published, flat, and the same for every claim size.
What percentage do you charge?
A flat 15% of the total credit CRA assesses, federal and provincial. Same rate for every claim size.
Are there any upfront, hourly or minimum fees?
No.
When do we pay?
We invoice after CRA assesses your claim.
What if CRA reduces the claim?
The fee is based on the assessed amount, not the amount filed, so it goes down with it.
Is CRA review support included?
Yes. If CRA reviews the claim, we prepare and attend the review at no extra cost.
Why is your fee lower than many firms?
We use software to handle much of the documentation and financial schedule work, so a claim takes fewer hours to prepare. Every claim is still reviewed by a person before filing.
